Questions & Answers
When you rent marquee letters, our team will handle the set-up and pickup as scheduled. Additionally, you’ll be provided with extension cords (up to 100 feet), safety cones, extra bulbs, sandbags, gaff tape, and floor covers for extension cords.
When arranging your floor plan, please allocate approximately 5 linear feet of floor space for each letter you plan to use. This will ensure adequate room for the proper placement of the letters and create a visually appealing setup for your event.
Our letters, numbers, and symbols are 7 feet (height) by 4 feet (length) by 2 feet (width). If you plan for the letters to be indoors, please double-check your space to avoid disappointment on the day.
The cost to rent marquee letters vary based on three factors. 1. The quantity of letters you decide to rent. 2. Extra add ons such as: balloons, generators, or colored bulbs. 3. The distance between your event location and our facility.

For electricity, you’ll need a regular power outlet. If you rent 8 or more letters, you will need two standard power outlets on different circuits. Due to security concerns, we will advise using our electric generators if the letters are going to be placed outside and far from any electrical outlets.
Absolutely! For those that don’t have standard outlets nearby, electric generators are available to rent at an additional cost . The plus with using an electric generator is that you no longer have excess noise and smells.
It can be frustrating to deal with weather-related issues such as high wind, heavy rain, or snow which is why we require the client to have a backup plan (Plan B) indoors.
We’ll walk through the venue on the day of your event to select the safest place for the marquees while keeping your vision in mind. Our letters can be set up both indoors and outdoors on grass; however, a level surface is required.
Due to the large size of our marquee letters, we cannot allow client pick-up. Our primary goal is safety, and we want to make sure that everyone participating is safe as well as the letters.
