Book Your Event

Once you're ready, we'll email your invoice and rental agreement. A 50% deposit is needed to lock in your event date, and the final payment is due two weeks before your event.

On the day of your event, our team will deliver, install, and later pick up your marquee display. We'll also provide all the necessary extension cords and equipment needed for your setup.

Here’s how it works: provide your information via our contact page, expect a response within an hour (24 hours at most). If the offered price suits you, finalize the process by signing the rental agreement and submitting a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

Yes, it encompasses factors like event location, presence of stairs/elevator, labor, gas prices, early drop-offs before 9 am, late pickups after 11 p.m., and other relevant considerations.

For most occasions, rental periods are 6 hours, but you can adjust it to fit the needs of your event, even adding extra days if necessary.

Absolutely! Our marquee letters are frequently rented for conferences, trade shows, and corporate events. It should be noted that we provide discounts for extended rental periods.

Certainly. You can reserve our marquees up to two days before your event, if our schedule allows it. One-day and next-day reservations will incur a rush fee. This is because last-minute reservations require extra time and work on the back end. Our other reservations are made days in advance.
