Joe Thompson319 days agoWOW! To say that I’m impressed is an understatement. Taylor and Taylor (the amazing husband and wife team) came early and set up these GIANT marquee letters in a beautiful display worthy of a professional photo session. We had several families take fun pictures with the biggest “ECC” they had ever seen. I was amazed at the quality of each letter, they have a very refined look and of course, I took a look at the backside to see how these things are made. It’s very impressive how they have designed seven-foot tall letters to stand without concern of tipping over. As impressive as the letters is the amazing duo that make it all happen. They are clearly in this together and are committed to delivering the best experience possible for their customers. They have been all over Middle Tennessee and the Southeast, enhancing events like no one else. I have been trying to imagine the applications for these eye-catching characters, and I expect to see My Big Letters at many Middle Tennessee events: Proposals, Weddings, Concerts, Birthdays, Retirement Parties, Gender Reveals, Proms, Homecomings, Business Parties, and many Major Community Events. In the end, I highly recommend My Big Letters for any event that could use the “WOW!” factor we experienced. p.s. Thanks, Taylor and Taylor, for being professional and for making me feel like I made a couple of new friends. I’m looking forward to our next event together!+2Posted on Google

Their customer service was hands-down the best I’ve experienced—responsive, friendly, and truly committed to making our event shine. What really set them apart was their dedication and effort. Not only did they arrive on time (a rare gem these days!), but they also went above and beyond—literally—by carrying the massive letters all the way up to the roof to make our vision a reality. (Four Flights of Stairs to the ROOF of a Nashville Bar) No complaints, no shortcuts—just pure professionalism and execution. The final result? Absolutely stunning. The letters were a showstopper and added the perfect wow factor to our event. Everything was set up perfectly and safely, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. If you're looking for bold, beautiful lettering and a team that truly cares, look no further than My Big Letters. They nailed it!+0Posted on Google

They bring a wealth of knowledge recommendations, and suggestions that will separate your event from others.
